    Refunds for learners in India

We currently aren’t able to offer free trials on subscriptions in India. If you’re a learner in India, all purchases are eligible for a 14-day full refund.

    How to request a refund

    To request a refund:

    1. Go to your My Purchases page
    2. Go to your payment history and find the program
    3. Click the ‘Get Refund’ link

If you don’t see the ‘Get Refund’ link, that means 14 days have passed and the purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

Your refund should be reflected in your bank account within 7-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

What happens to the courses I was enrolled in?

After you request a refund, your plan will be cancelled and you’ll no longer have access to the learning programs under your plan.

Your progress in any courses or programs you were enrolled in will be saved. You can re-enroll and purchase a learning pass to continue where you left off.

If you completed a course and earned a Course Certificate, you’ll still be able to access it in your Accomplishments page.

I don’t see my refund in my account

It may take up to 7-10 business days for your refund to be reflected in your account, but could take longer depending on your payment method.

You can check when your refund was initiated in your My Purchases page under your payment history. This will also show you the payment method your refund was sent to.

If 10 days have passed, but you still don’t see the refund reflected in your account, reach out to your financial institution for assistance.
