I have this one customer that gives me a 2 dollar tip and if I have a bagger with me, he gets a tip as well. What is Kroger policy for accepting tips?

No problems as long as you split them with management. The scale is 20%.
Check your contract for ore details.

our hr lady said it was fine if they force it unless it was a large amount (>5$).
i found this ladies phone at midnight in a cart in rain, cleaned it and she forced me to take $20 for "finders fee" lol

One time a lady gave me a HJ in her ford explorer. It was OK tip.

I know Local 1000's contract says you can accept any tips given as long as you don't solicit for tips.

accepting any tips for any reason at are store will get you fired the sad thing is some customers know the is and will give the newbies a dollar or so and report them for taking tips
